1 Who processes your data

2 What data we collect

Information you provide to us

• First name and last name — for reservation record.
• Phone number — to confirm our departure and check in before arrival.
• Download address and delivery address — we can't provide door-to-door service without it.
• Travel date, route, and number of passengers.
• E-mail address — if you email us.
• Shipping contents and description — when you send a package.

Data generated automatically

• Technical data about site visit: IP address, device and browser type, time of visit.
• Data from cookies — more in Section 8.

3 Why we collect them

Each processing has its purpose and legal basis:

• Performance of the contract of carriage — Travel arrangement, reservation confirmation, arrival at your address. Without this information, service is not possible.
• Legitimate interest — maintaining reservation records, resolving complaints and disputes, protecting our property and passenger safety.
• Legal obligation — Issuing invoices and maintaining accounting records.
• Dock — only if you explicitly sign up for departure or offer notifications. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We do not sell your data and we do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes. Never.

4 Reservation Form and WhatsApp

Form on our website does not send data to our server nor does it record it anywhere.It just composes the message text in your browser from what you've typed and opens WhatsApp with the message already prepared.

This means you remain the sender — the message is only sent when you send it. If you change your mind and close WhatsApp, nothing is sent to us.

5 Who we provide data to

Only those who truly need it have access to your data:

• Our drivers — you will receive the name, phone number, and pickup address, exclusively for the day of your trip.
• Accounting agency — only the data from the account, when the account is issued.
• Hosting service provider — the company that hosts the site on its servers.
• Meta Platforms — if you communicate via WhatsApp.
• Competent state authorities — when we are required by law to provide the data.

6 Exporting data from the country

Since we drive to Austria and Hungary, some data necessarily „travels“ with you — a driver in the field has your delivery address.

Austria and Hungary are members of the European Union and have a level of data protection that is considered adequate. When using WhatsApp, data may be processed outside the European Union, in accordance with Meta's policies.

7 How long we keep data

• Reservation details — for as long as is necessary to process the transportation and any potential claims, after which they are deleted.
• Accounting documentation — within the time limits prescribed by law, as a rule 10 years.
• Correspondence (email, messages) — as long as it is necessary to communicate with you, after which it is deleted.
• Data with consent — until the withdrawal of consent.

Upon expiration, the data is deleted or permanently anonymized.

8 Cookies

Cookies are small files that a site places on your device. Our site uses:

• Essential cookies — without them the site does not work properly. They are set by WordPress. They do not require consent.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Please note that some parts of the site may not work properly.

9 Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Just so you know what data we have about you and that you are requesting a copy of it.

10 Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures: data access is limited to a restricted number of individuals, the site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the devices used to access the data are password-protected.

11 Data on children

The website is not intended for children. Information about a minor passenger is collected exclusively by a parent or guardian when booking transportation.

If we learn that we have collected data about a child without an appropriate basis, we will delete it without delay.

We may occasionally update this policy — for example, if we introduce a new service or tool. A new version is posted on this page, with the updated date at the top.
