How long is the trip from Belgrade to Vienna?
About 8 to 10 hours, ...depending on traffic at the border and the number of addresses the vehicle stops at. The departure is at 2:00 PM, so you usually arrive in Vienna during the night or early in the morning.
Are you really coming to my address?
Yes, that's the only way we operate. We pick you up in front of the building and drop you off at the exact address in Vienna. We don't have a meeting point or a station for you to come to.
How much does transportation to Vienna cost?
If we take you over in Belgrade — €60 per passenger one way. For addresses from Belgrade, as well as for delivery in around Vienna, the price is 70 €. The price includes door-to-door transportation and standard luggage.
How much luggage can I bring?
The price includes suitcase and carry-on luggage per passenger. If you are carrying more than that—a move, larger packages, a bicycle—please let us know in advance so we can secure space. An additional fee will be arranged.
When and how is payment made?
Driver, upon departure. No down payment and no prepayment. We accept euros and dinars. For companies and contracted transportation, we issue an invoice and work on a bill.
What if I cancel the trip?
Cancellation until 24 hours before departure It's free of charge — just give us a call. Since there's no upfront payment, there are no refunds or complications.
Can I send a package if I'm not traveling myself?
Of course. We pick up the package at your address in Belgrade and deliver it to an address in Vienna or Budapest. The price depends on the size—call and describe what you're sending.
Do you drive children without a chaperone?
We drive, but with Verified parental consent and all necessary documentation for crossing the border. Please call before booking so we can go over the paperwork—the border police are strict about this.
Can the van be rented without a driver?
No. We exclusively provide all vehicles with our driver—for both day trips and long-term corporate contracts.
